Our approach
The new management, consisting of experienced and passionate educators, recognized several key limitations in the traditional education system:

-
Rigid Curriculum: The existing curriculum was too rigid, stifling creativity and innovation.
-
Exam-Centric Focus: There was an overemphasis on passing exams, leading to rote learning with little understanding or practical experience.
-
Competitive Spirit: Early cultivation of a competitive mindset resulted in linear growth, discouraging diverse talents and passions. This approach also led to psychological issues such as jealousy, fear, stress, and agitation.
-
Non-Contextual Curriculum: The curriculum often neglected traditional knowledge and wisdom, making it less relevant to the local context.
-
Commercialization of Education: The education sector had become increasingly commercialized, prioritizing profit over equitable access and quality education.
In response to these challenges, the new management implemented radical reforms to create a more holistic and student-centered educational environment.

Philosophy of the School
The school's philosophy is built on three foundational pillars:

-
Organic: The curriculum is dynamic, with a humane assessment and evaluation methodology that encourages students to learn at their own pace and follow their own paths.
-
Value-based: Rather than introducing another theoretical subject, the school focuses on cultivating values through dialogue and practice. This involves training parents and staff to avoid burdening children with harmful expectations, comparisons, and societal pressures.
-
Fearless: The school encourages students to question everything and be free from fear, comparison, and competition.
